These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AARADHANAAM, operating through aaradhanaam.com (the "Website"), and your purchase of jewellery and related products (the "Products").

By using the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

We aim to display Product descriptions, photographs, measurements, weights, materials, gemstones, colours, finishes, and prices accurately. However:

- Colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen;

- Handmade or natural materials may have reasonable variations;

- Measurements and weights may have minor manufacturing tolerances;

- Product availability may change without notice; and

- A displayed Product does not guarantee that it will remain available.

Where required by applicable law, jewellery information, hallmarking, purity, gemstone, warranty, and certification details will be provided with the Product or on the relevant Product page.

## 5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes and other charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before you place your order. For orders below ₹399, a shipping charge of ₹69 will apply. Orders of ₹399 or above are eligible for free shipping.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

A payment authorisation or order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. We may cancel an order if a Product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error occurred, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or required delivery information is incomplete. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order in accordance with applicable law.

## 6. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products. We will send an order confirmation or acknowledgement to the email address connected to your order.

An order is accepted when we dispatch the Products or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may contact you to verify an order, payment, delivery address, or identity.

You are responsible for reviewing your order before completing checkout, including Product selection, size, quantity, colour, delivery address, and contact details.

We deliver to the locations shown at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only unless we expressly guarantee a delivery date.

You are responsible for providing an accurate address and ensuring that someone can receive the shipment. Delays may occur because of courier issues, weather, public holidays, customs, incomplete information, or events beyond our reasonable control.

If a parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please document the condition and contact us at helpaaradhanaam@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. This does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

## 8. Cancellation policy

### 8.1 Cancellation by you

You may request cancellation by contacting helpaaradhanaam@gmail.com as soon as possible and providing your order number. A cancellation request is not guaranteed until we confirm it.

If an order has not been processed or dispatched, we will generally cancel it and issue any applicable refund. Orders that have already been dispatched, customised, engraved, resized, made to order, or otherwise prepared specifically for you may not be cancellable except where required by law.

### 8.2 Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order if:

- The Product is unavailable;

- There is an obvious pricing, description, or technical error;

- Payment or fraud checks cannot be completed;

- We cannot deliver to the provided address; or

- You breach these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled Products, subject to applicable law.

## 9. Returns and refunds

The policy should state the applicable return window, eligible and non-eligible Products, condition requirements, return shipping responsibility, inspection process, refund method, and processing times.

Unless required by applicable law, the following Products may be excluded from return or refund: customised, engraved, personalised, resized, made-to-order, hygiene-sensitive, or damaged Products, and Products returned without original packaging, certificates, tags, or included accessories.

A Product must not be worn, altered, washed, damaged, or exposed to chemicals before being returned. We may inspect returned Products before approving a refund where permitted by law.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be made to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any mandatory refund, replacement, repair, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

## 10. Defective, incorrect, or damaged Products

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged Product, contact us at helpaaradhanaam@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photographs or video where appropriate. We may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.

Please follow any care instructions supplied with your Product. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear, exposure to chemicals or moisture, unauthorised repairs, resizing, alterations, or failure to follow care instructions may not be covered by a voluntary warranty.

If a Product includes a warranty, the warranty period and exclusions will be stated on the Product page, invoice, certificate, or warranty document. Any warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, mandatory legal rights.
